Exhaust Fans and Cooling Fans The Warranty for exhaust and cooling (pedestal & wall fans) is handled by the place of purchase. This means if you have any problems regarding any of these products you will need to contact the place of purchase. For any product that has been hardwired / installed by an electrician you will be required to provide a valid electrical certificate as well as proof of purchase.

Please be aware that all ceiling fans will need to be installed by a licensed electrician who is able to provide a valid certificate of installation. This certificate is generally required when submitting a warranty claim, along with valid proof of purchase.

Fanco Urban 2 Warranty Statement

All Urban 2 ceiling fans come complete with a 3 year limited in-home warranty. Controls and lights have a separate 12 month defect warranty. Conditions apply.

If you need to submit a warranty claim for an Urban 2 ceiling fan you will need to call 1300 730 064. The warranty is handled on behalf of Fanco Australia by Martec.

Fanco Eco Silent DC Warranty Statement

This fan comes complete with a 2 year limited in-home warranty followed by a 3 year repair and replacement warranty on the motor only. Controls and lights have a separate 12 month defect warranty. Conditions apply.

If you need to submit a warranty claim for an Eco Silent ceiling fan you will need to call 03 9765 2555 if in Victoria or 1800 817 754 if outside of Victoria. The warranty is handled on behalf of Fanco Australia by Brilliant Lighting.

Fanco Infinity DC Warranty Statement

This fan comes complete with a 2 year limited in-home warranty followed by a 3 year repair and replacement warranty on the motor only. Controls and lights have a separate 12 month defect warranty. Conditions apply.
