If you experience issues at the time of installation, please have your electrician contact the warranty line on 03 8658 9588. The vast majority of noise and wobble issues are related to installation and can be fixed quickly and on the spot by the installing electrician with some trouble shooting guidance.




By submitting this warranty claim, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Warranty Eligibility
    • All ceiling fans must have been installed by a licensed electrician in compliance with applicable electrical regulations. Evidence of installation (such as a valid electrician certificate) and proof of purchase are required to support your claim.
    • Claims lacking required documentation or not installed according to the manufacturer's requirements may be deemed ineligible for warranty coverage.
  2. Service Agent Attendance
    • Service agents attend site solely to inspect, assess and resolve (where possible) the reported issue. They are not authorised to approve warranty outcomes, make liability decisions, or confirm coverage on site.
    • All inspection findings will be provided to the supplier/manufacturer for review and final determination.
  3. Respectful Conduct
    • We expect courteous and respectful interaction with our representatives and service agents. Abusive, aggressive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
    • If such conduct occurs, the on-site visit may be terminated and the claim may be declined.
  4. Access & Safety
    • You must ensure safe, unobstructed and clear access to the installation location at the agreed date and time.
    • Unsafe conditions, lack of access, or failure to attend may result in cancellation of the inspection and a call-out fee being charged.
  5. Non-Warranty Determinations
    • If the issue is found to be related to installation, misuse, external factors (such as electrical supply issues or environmental conditions), or is not due to a manufacturing defect, the inspection will be considered non-warranty and associated attendance costs may be invoiced.
    • Additional works, repairs, adjustments or modifications outside the warranty scope are chargeable.
  6. Claim Acceptance
    • Submission of this form constitutes acceptance of these conditions. Warranty coverage is subject to review and final determination after assessment by the manufacturer or authorised representative.
